Ep 3.1 – Water Street Rat Fights – Step 1 of Old Seaport Series
In this episode we begin a new adventure with a series exploring the old Seaport of Manhattan. This is where so much of the city’s lifeblood entered the city in the form of people, goods and capital. In this step we’ll visit the oldest remaining home in the neighborhood – built as a patrician’s home in the 1790s, a hundred years ago it became a den of vice – and rat fights!
